Pineapple Juice Recipe
Pineapple being enriched with vitamin C and manganese, vitamin B and thiamine help a lot in the energy production of our body and hence, if you do not get much time to munch on the juicy pieces of pineapples, I recommend you to make a pitcher of Homemade Fresh Pineapple Juice
Ingredients:
- 300 g Fresh Pineapple
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black salt Optional
- Ice Cubes
How to prepare:
- Peel the pineapple and chop it into small pieces.
